Governing automated invocation, neural commerce delegation, synthetic diagnostics, and multi-merchant checkout via the Aruta Agent ecosystem.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THEY IMPOSE LEGALLY BINDING CONDITIONS UPON YOUR UTILIZATION OF THE ARUTA SYNTHETIC ASSISTANT OPERATED BY DANSOCIAL INC. SECTION 12 GOVERNS DISPUTES VIA MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS PROCEEDINGS. BY SUMMONING @ARUTA, LINKING AN EXTERNAL SOCIAL ACCOUNT, OR AUTHORIZING AUTONOMOUS CHECKOUT PARAMETERS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND IN FULL.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") constitute a binding electronic agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Dansocial Inc., a California corporation, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, algorithms, and successors ("Dansocial", "we", "us", or "Aruta").
By engaging with Aruta through web interfaces, native operating system overlays, browser telemetry extensions, chat integrations (including but not limited to Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and X/Twitter), or by invoking the handle @aruta, you certify that you have read, comprehended, and voluntarily bound yourself to these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the Aruta Agent Service
Aruta operates as an autonomous, multi-modal synthetic purchasing agent, telemetry scanner, and real-time commerce diagnostic engine. Core capabilities rendered by Dansocial Inc. encompass:
Dansocial reserves the continuous right to refine, modify, patch, suspend, or decommission algorithmic modules, neural sub-agents, or third-party retailer protocol connectors at any point without prior notice.
3. User Eligibility & Account Authority
The Aruta Service is intended strictly for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority within their governing jurisdiction, and possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding financial contracts. Use by individuals under the age of thirteen (13) is unequivocally prohibited. If you are using the Service on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you hold express authorization to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Ambient Invocations & Social Platform Permissions
When you invoke Aruta via public, direct, or collaborative interfaces (e.g., tagging @aruta on social media platforms), you grant Dansocial an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, parse, store, ingest, and synthetically summarize the contextual thread metadata, public media attachments, and text prompts.
You expressly acknowledge that Dansocial is independent from third-party social networks. Your interaction with Aruta through such channels remains simultaneously subject to the respective third-party terms of service, platform developer limitations, and API quotas. Dansocial bears no liability for message drops, bot rate-limits, or platform bans enacted by upstream social channels.
5. Synthetic Audits, Price Diagnostics & Third-Party Merchant Orders
Aruta synthesizes pricing insights, product durability models, historical stock telemetry, and synthetic visual audits using probabilistic deep-learning models. While trained for industrial accuracy:
Diagnostics, material breakdown estimations, and counterfeit-probability ratings are heuristic assessments provided strictly for informational consumer guidance. They do not constitute certified laboratory appraisals, gemstone certificates, or formal warranty underwrites.
6. Autonomous Checkout & Payment Processing
When configuring Aruta's Autonomous Checkout module, you establish programmatic parameters ("Execution Guardrails"), including price ceilings, category filters, and approved fulfillment thresholds.

You authorize Dansocial's PCI-DSS Tier 1 Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe) to tokenize and charge your chosen funding mechanism upon Aruta fulfilling your defined procurement criteria. You agree that once an order transmission is finalized with an external retailer, cancellation is governed strictly by that vendor's API rules.
7. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to exploit or instruct Aruta to commit unlawful, damaging, or manipulative acts. Strictly prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Prompt Injections & Jailbreaking: Introducing adversarial inputs or synthetic payload wrappers designed to circumvent agent safety envelopes, authorization barriers, or algorithmic guardrails.
- Arbitrage Scraping Overload: Directing automated scripts or DDOS-class bursts against Aruta APIs to harvest vendor inventory pricing without standard human pacing tokens.
- Illegal Contraband: Delegating the acquisition or diagnostic tracking of firearms, schedule-controlled substances, stolen property, regulated munitions, or counterfeit trademark goods.
- Synthetic Fraud: Utilizing stolen credit facilities, synthetic identity documents, or falsified merchant rebate rings.
8. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
The Aruta architecture, system models, weights, visual interfaces, prompt parsing pipelines, trademarks, logos, and proprietary diagnostic schemas are the exclusive property of Dansocial Inc. and its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright, trade secret, and patent legislation.
Users retain rights in raw query prompts input to Aruta. However, by querying the platform, you grant Dansocial a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use anonymized telemetry and diagnostic feedback to train, calibrate, evaluate, and enhance Aruta's core neural models.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DANSOCIAL INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, HARDWARE FAILURE, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ARUTA SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dansocial Inc., its corporate parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, contractors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized checkout transaction initiated through your linked accounts; (c) your violation of any third-party merchant terms; or (d) any intellectual property infringement resulting from your input prompts or uploaded imagery.
12. Dispute Resolution, Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
This Section 12 severely alters your judicial rights. Please review with utmost attention.

These Terms, and all claims or causes of action arising out of or relating to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. To the extent any legal action is permitted in a court of competent jurisdiction under Section 12, both you and Dansocial consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located within San Francisco County, California.
